Timing Kit (DA7342)
The JLR hybrid electric 2.0 diesel uses a modified version of their non-hybrid AJ200. As such, a new timing kit is needed. This kit provides the tools required for locking the crankshaft and the camshaft as require by OEM instructions. Can also be used on E-Pace (from 2020) & F-Pace (from 2020). Engine codes: Hybrid versions of AJ20, 204DTY, 204DTD & 204DTA.
Equivalent to OEM: JLR-303-1630-1, JLR-303-1630, JLR-303-1686 & JLR-303-1689.
Laser Crankshaft Locking Tool (DA5391)
A specially designed tool that locks the crankshaft in its timed position from the rear of the engine when working on timing chains and other rear mounted components. Unlike the OEM method, it does not require the front pulley to be in plce or removal of the front compressor, reducing the need to work at the front of the engine. Engine applications include: AJ20, AJ-200D, 204DT, 204DTA; AJ200D, AJ200, 204DTA, 204DTH, 204DTY & 204DTD. Equivalent to OEM JLR-303-1630 but for use at the back of the engine. Laser Fuel Pump Alignment Tool (DA7687)
Specially developed to allow the diesel fuel pump sprocket to be locked in its timed position during pump and drive chain removal.

Laser Timing Kit (DA7686)
Specially developed to allow the 2020 onwards 3.0 diesel engines to be locked in their timed position during timing chain replacement or timing checks.
Front Crankshaft Seal Installation Tool (303-1121A)
Laser Camshaft Sprocket Holding Tool (DA1770)
A multi-application wrench with variable adjustment. Reduces potential damage to camshaft. Designed to allow the sprocket to be held still whilst undoing fixings.
Laser Rear Crankshaft Oil Seal Fitting Tool (DA7593)
Designed to allow damage-free fitting of the rear main crankshaft oil seal on the AJ200 Ingenium engine. When performing major engine rebuild work on any engine it is easy to damage the rear main seal if it is not aligned and guided into place with care.
This kit provides a simple and effective solution to ensure correct alignment and fitting. Equivalent to OEM JLR 303-1674. Made in Sheffield.
Laser Crankshaft Pulley Set (DA3536)
Engine codes include: 3.0 AJ-126/306PS, 5.0 AJ133/508PS and 508PN.
Set of tools required for the removal of the front crankshaft pulley (crankshaft vibration damper) fitted to the JLR 3.0 V6 and 5.0 V8 petrol engines. The crankshaft pulleys used on these engines are tightened to 200Nm + 270 degrees so are very tight to undo and must be held by a substantial holding tool which the kit provides. Also included in the kit are the pulley puller components required to remove the pulley without damage. Important: Ensure the force screw is well lubricated with molybdenum disulphide grease before use.
Laser Engine Locking Kit (DA3525)
Engine codes include: AJ-133/508PS and AJ-133/508PN.
Timing tools to lock the camshafts and crankshaft in their timed positions. Designed specifically for use on the post 2010 5.0 V8 petrol engines used across the JLR range. This 7 piece kit includes the camshaft, crankshaft, flywheel locking tools and the special camshaft turning tools with the tensioning wrench required to work on the engines listed. Equivalent to OEM: 303-1482, 303-1445-1, 303-1447, 303-1445-5, 303-1303 & 303-1452. Made in Sheffield.
Laser Crankshaft Position Sensor Ring Installer (DA7364)
Designed to install the TDC position sensor ring on the TdV8 diesel engines found in the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport models. It is critical that the sensor ring is fitted in the correct position in relation to the crankshaft to ensure correct injection timing. Equivalent to OEM JLR-303-1237.
Laser Timing Kit (DA7539)
Kit contains all the essential components required to lock the JLR 2.0 Ingenium petrol engines in their timed position so that the engine timing chain can be safely removed and replaced and/or the engine timing checked. Made in Sheffield.

Laser Front Crankshaft Oil Seal Installation Tool (DA7360)
Designed to engage with the front bayonet style crankshaft oil seal and allow the user to remove and fit the seal. Specifically used on 2.0 AJ200 diesel engines found across the Jaguar and Land Rover ranges.

Laser Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Installation Tool (DA3246)
Designed to be used to fit the front crankshaft seal on the 2.2 DW12 diesel engines without damage to the seal or the crankshaft.

Laser Crankshaft Locking Kit (DA1899)
Used to lock and time the crankshaft and flywheel to allow the TDC sensor position to be set after removal when servicing the cam chain drive system.
Laser Timing Tool Kit (DA1847)
Developed to allow the safe removal and replacement of the camshaft drive chains and check the engine timing on the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport 4.4 diesel engines.

Laser Crankshaft Seal Installation Tool (DA1845)
Designed to allow the rear (flywheel end) crankshaft oil seal fitted to Land Rover 2.2 diesel engines to be installed without damage. The tool allows the rear oil seal to be pulled in to place in a controlled manner significantly reducing the chances of damaging the seal’s sealing lip.

- Keep threaded components clean and well lubricated with clean engine oil when in use.
