Demister Kit (DA3744)
The Defender Demister is an amazing product that fits most Defenders, wide vent versions from approximately 1983 onwards.
Fitted in about 30 seconds using a couple of screws, no drilling or complicated processes. All you need to fit them is a screwdriver!
It works by controlling the existing air flow, distributing it to the areas that need it most... your front and side windows.
Safety for both yourself and anybody travelling in your vehicle is the most important consideration for any driver. The Defender Demister ensures that both side windows are mist and condensation free thus ensuring visibility even in the worst weather conditions.
Heater Deflector (DA4599)
The MUD Heater Deflector solves the problem of that crude and annoying blast of hot air to your lower legs in all Puma engine Defenders.
The Heater Deflector redirects the flow of air from the lower heater outlets forwards into the footwell, rather than directly at your legs to create a more comfortable driving environment.
The Heater Deflector moulding fixes easily in place using the supplied push-fit fasteners and can be fitted in 5-minutes. All you need is a 4.5mm drill. Position the Heater Deflector, drill the fixing holes in the lower dash section and fix the Heater Deflector in place using the push-fit fasteners.
Dometic Retrofit Insert Seat Heaters (DA5717W)
Enjoy comfortable seat heating in a matter of seconds.
Same system as an original seat heater. This kit has a set of four heat pads to fit two seats. Highly flexible, coated heating elements for seat surface and back are placed between the upholstery and seat cover, without altering the shape of the seat. The heater is connected to the 12V on-board power supply using a ready-made cable set with switches for the driver’s seat and the passenger’s seat. Integrated temperature sensors protect against overheating. The seat heater can be fitted in any vehicle seat with a removable cover.
An integrated temperature guard ensures that you stay cosy, comfortable and safe. They insert between the upholstery and the seat cover so the shape or look of the seats doesn’t change, just the snug factor. The pads work in a matter of seconds, so you and your passenger can enjoy cosy, comfortable and luxury-class seating.

Heated Windscreen (LR058447)
Heated Wing Mirrors Kit (DA4598)
MUD-UK Defender heated mirror elements are unlike any other heated mirror element. They use the same carbon impregnated Glasscloth technology found in underfloor heating and high-end bathroom mirror applications. Unlike traditional printed circuit heated mirror elements the current flow in flexible glasscloth is across the whole surface area of the element.
This results in a larger ‘heated’ surface area and avoids the “striping” effect of traditional elements. The mirror elements have no fine circuits which can damage easily and offer improved durability and performance over traditional printed circuit elements.
The heated mirror elements are supplied with self-adhesive backing. Peel off the backing and stick the element to the back of the Defender mirror glass.
Also supplied with a fitting kit that consists of 4m of twin core wire, assorted terminals and a relay. A switch is not supplied which allows the installer to match up any existing switches already installed.
The wiring can be concealed within the arm of the wing mirror, to create a neat and tidy finish.
Elements measure 115mm x 167mm.
Britpart Retrofit Insert Seat Heaters (DA5717)

These retrofit seat heaters will allow you to enjoy a comfortable and warm seat in any Land Rover vehicle with a removable seat cover. These highly durable and flexible heating elements are placed between the upholstery and seat cover on the seat base and back and will not alter the shape of the seats. The switch allows the driver and passenger to select their own heat setting. A ready-made cable set connects the switches to the 12V on-board power supply to the heat the pads. There are integrated temperature sensors which ensure that the seat heater will not overheat.
FBHIC3 Webasto FBH Heater Controller GSM & GPS Tracker (DA1390)
FBHIC3 is activated by using the standard Land Rover blip using its 3rd button. It can also be controlled by SMS from your phone as well as with some smart phone SMS apps.
Ideal for warming your engine on cold winter mornings while sat in the comfort of your house, no need to go outside and start your engine to defrost the car. This is especially handy if you have a Discovery 3 with faulty or failed heater plugs that refuses to start in cold temperatures.
The heater is triggered using one of two main options. The first is your Land Rover original blip using its 3rd button when its set to control the follow me home headlights function as seen in your hand book pages 35 & 36, secondly by sending an SMS. (SIM card must be installed). Start and or stop the heater by pressing the blip to flash activate the head lights ON for 5 seconds and OFF before 10 seconds or by one of the many options added for control including pre set timed starts and tracking via SMS.

Heated Windscreen Wiring Kit (DA1400)
Heated front screen wiring kit by Mobile Centre is complete with Carling Contura switch to suit Defenders fitted with the OEM style heated screens with two tabs or wires - one in each corner. Carling switch will require mounting.
- Kit requires minimal connections such as positive & negative power, ignition live and illumination live.
- The kit is rated at 20A with an “on” time of around ten minutes suitable for use with heated screen part number LR058447 or equivalent
- Power cable is 500mm from relay set to battery terminated with M8 rings.
- Heated screen supply cable is 3000mm long from relay to screen terminated in an insulated female spade.
- Screen earth cable 500mm long supplied terminated with a female spade and M8 ring terminal.
