ACF Anti-corrosion Formula (DA5320)
Originally developed for the aerospace industry, ACF-50 is now available in a convenient aerosol format. It provides advanced corrosion protection for a wide range of applications.
ACF-50 forms an ultra-thin, clear protective film that stops existing corrosion and prevents new corrosion from forming. Its advanced formula neutralises road salt, repels moisture, and prevents oxidation, making it especially effective for exposed metal surfaces and electrical components.
Simply spray onto steel, aluminium, or electrical fittings to enhance long-term durability and reliability.
Dinitrol 958 (DA5187)
A quick-drying, environmentally friendly, waterborne stonechip protection product designed for use in the repair market. It protects exposed parts such as door sills, spoilers, shock absorbers, wheel housings, and edges. After application, Dinitrol 958 generates a black, flexible film that effectively protects vehicles against stone chip and road salt. Upon drying, the film can be coated with most car paints.
Dinitrol 958 (DA5187) and Dinitrol 977 (DA1981) can be used together to form a comprehensive water borne corrosion protection system application. Rather than applying both products separately, we recommend a two-layer application method with Dinitrol 958 and Dinitrol 977. This unique combination is very effective on surfaces that are already corroded.

Dinitrol 4010 Corroheat (DA3670)
Resistant corrosion inhibitor for surface and engine protection.
DINITROL 4010 Corroheat is versatile and can be used in both open and closed areas. The product penetrates like a cavity wax. It can also be used in electrical systems to avoid galvanic corrosion and other negative influences such as moisture.
DINITROL 4010 Corroheat leaves a hard, transparent film that is resistant to both alkali and acids and is heat resistant up to a temperature of 200°C. It has a tack-free and clean film which facilitates a visual inspection of metal surfaces, reading of labels and numbers etc.

Hylosil 100 Series Silicone Sealant (RTC3254)

Dinitrol 977 is a semi-transparent, waterbased liquid anti corrosion coating for the protection of cavity areas where a rust preventative surface is needed. The product is water-repellent and has very good penetrating properties. After drying remains a wax coating which has a good temperature resistance up to ca.+120 deg C and is almost tack free. When dried Dinitrol 977 is heated by sun or by engine-heat, it does not have the typical smell of conventional cavity-waxes.

Dinitrol 77 B is a corrosion preventive fluid, designed for long-term protection against corrosion and, due to its residual hard film affords some protection against mechanical wear. Dinitrol 77 B contains environmentally acceptable low aromatic solvents, which once evaporated leaves a thick, brown waxy film. Dinitrol 77B is primarily designed for cavity protection but may also be used for storage, transport and underbody protection.

This minimises environmental pollution and occupational exposure during on-line application. The product can be applied with an underbody coating gun.

A wax based cavity product. It has very good penetration abilities and stays flexible for a very long time.
Applications
DINITROL 1000 offers corrosion protection in areas where water can be collected, e.g. closed cavities, doors, rocker panels and frames in vehicle construction. Spare parts are permanently protected against corrosive weather conditions with DINITROL 1000 and can be stored or transported for a long time (e.g. sea freight). DINITROL 1000 is mainly used in the system with products for overcoating (e.g. underbody protection).
Method of Use
DINITROL 1000 is applied by spraying with manual or semi-automatic application equipment, and is suitable for either airmix or airless spraying. Application tem- perature should be between 15 and 30°C.Dinitrol Dröhnex 445 (DA1994)

If applying thicker layers, allow to dry between coats. The material can be coated once dry. Specialist rust convertor & primer
Dinitrol RC 900 actively converts rust on substrates into a stable organic iron complex. Once the product is dry, an impermeable barrier against further corrosion is formed. Dinitrol RC 900 penetrates rust 7 to 10 times deeper than standard rust converters. The product forms a strong dry adhesive film that provides a suitable base for paintwork and other corrosion protection products. Remove rust, grease and dirt with a wire brush, sand paper or a sandblasting process. Rust and scale may only be visible as slight shading. In addition to rust, the steel must also be free from dust and grease. Carefully clean with acetone or lacquer thinner. Shake the spray can well. The product should be applied in several successive coats, at a distance of approx. 25 cm. The metal temperature should not be below 10°C.
